It’s tea-time for Monocle Kitty! Monocle Kitty is not a very complex character; basically he is a cat who wears a monocle. Does he need it or does he think it makes him look distinguished? It’s hard to say for sure, but he seems a rather earnest little fellow. His friend is Billingsley Bird, who is partial to cookies and mad about pom-poms.
